Little Andaman is located at the southern end of the Andaman & Nicobar Islands opposite the Great Andaman Island This beach site offers the beautiful beach at Butler Bay, a waterfall and plantations of oil palms. As the area is the residence of the Onge Tribes entry to the tribal area is restricted.
A major part of Little Andaman was affected badly by the Tsunami in the year 2004. The island is still recovering from the loss.
