Zuluk / Dzuluk, in East Sikkim, once was a small village on the silk route and commonly used by traders traveling to Tibet through Jelep-la ("La" - pass) as an overnight halt. In recent times Zuluk is fast emerging as another new tourist destination in East Sikkim.
Zuluk, small village with population of about 700 people, is a hamlet close to The Indo China border. It is located at an altitude of 3000 meters(10000 ft). There is an army base at Zuluk.

One can reach Rangpo from NJP/Bagdogra and then proceed to Zuluk via Rongli. Alternatively stay overnight at Aritar and proceed to Zuluk the next day.
