Chidambaram, in Indian state of Tamil Nadu is famous for its cultural heritage and the Nataraj temple. Amongst the enormous temples the Nataraj Temple at Chidambaram is known for architecture and sculptural magnificence. The prime attraction of this grand five-day occasion is the thousand pillard Raja Sabha of the Nataraj temple. Dancers participate from the all over the world in this festival takes place during month of February.
Other festivals are Brahmotsavam, Ani Thirumanjanam, Thai Poosam, and Arudra Dharshan which attract large crowds from all places.
