MUST SEE IN CHAMPAWAT

Vanasur-Ka-Kila: The fort is located on a beautiful hill top at 1859 mts. The place is 20 kms. from Champawat. Ek Hathiya Ka Naula: It is situated around 4 - 5 kms. away from Champawat. It is believed to have been built in a span of just one night by a one handed artisan.

Apart from the fort, tourists and pilgrims visit Nagnath temple, positioned contiguous to the impressive fort. This beguiling pagoda-type temple upholds the traditional Kumaon architectural touch on the slate stones.
