The distance is around 14 kilometres, however, the road is similar to kachha roads. You can also take the Jorebunglow-Chatakpur road from Jorebunglow. Chatakpur is only 14 kilometres away on this road. The third alternative is to travel from Darjeeling Kalimpong Peshok road’s 3rd-mile area. To get to Chatakpur, you’ll need to drive around 11 kilometres from the 3rd-mile forest checkpoint.
